I’m always so honored to be able to share my experiences and photography in print. Recently I’ve had a lot come out and it’s all been super exciting! First off, my photo of Seth is on the cover of the May/June Ocean Navigator! He’s flaking our staysail after it had finally dried out following the gale we weathered entering Prince William Sound. (Post about that here.)
Equally exciting, I have a cover story in Classic Boat magazine, photos and vignettes from our voyage through Alaska. It’s in the June issue and on newsstands now!
Also this month (May), Pacific Yachting published a piece I wrote about weathering williwaws in Haida Gwaii, a somewhat frightening experience but one that ended well! Blue Water Sailing‘s most recent issue also has a couple of my pieces, a feature about the safety aspects of keeping your plans flexible and making good decisions, and a shorter dispatch about the Miami Boat Show. Sailing Today also ran a few of my boat show photos in the news section of their April issue. And Blue Water Sailing recently posted my January article about Jade Harbor in Prince William Sound on their website! Check it out here!
Last but not least, Seth’s cool shot of me on a ski tour was obviously appreciated by our sponsor AlpineAire! (They made it their new profile picture!!)
